Therapeutic Joint Injections: Workshop for Practitioners

The aim of this hands-on workshop is to empower practitioners to perform therapeutic joint injections to treat pain and to improve mobility of patients.

Learning Objectives:

• Describe different causes of musculoskeletal pain among patients in PALTC setting.
• Discuss different indications, risks and benefits and steps involved in joint injections.
• Demonstrate skills needed to perform common joint injections.

This workshop is limited to 40 people.  It is available only to those who are registering for the in-person, in-Charlotte conference option and can be added during the registration process.  Due to the limited seating, this workshop is not available to those registering under the One-Day registration option.
