WiFi access areas will include all the PALTC25 public areas, concourses, and meeting rooms at the Charlotte Convention Center. Promotional support includes a custom, branded log-in page and confirmation page redirect with the creation of a custom password. Your corporate logo will be included in all WiFi login instructions online and on-site.
Feature your company on the conference website where attendees will access session content, view and search exhibitor listings, and find general meeting information. Ad will run January - March 2025.
PALTmed will send an email blast with your approved content to all PALTC25 attendees (who have opted-in to receiving) in advance of OR post meeting. The email blast will be scheduled in alignment with other meeting promotions and confirmed by the PALTmed staff team. PALTmed reserves the right to approve all content prior to distribution. PALTmed will provide analytics one week after the email distribution.
The PALTC25 Mixer, a ticketed social event for conference attendees, will be held at the NASCAR HOF.
Get your messge in the hands of every attendee during the conference by purchasing a bag insert. You are responsible for producing your promotional item and shipping them to PALTmed in time for insertion.

Branded signage decals can adorn every step of the Grand Staircase (located on the street level near Starbucks), facing Concourse C. As the Convention Center's busiest area, this staircase guides attendees to the food court. Customize messages per step or craft one cohesive design spanning the entire staircase.
Create a stunning visual experience as attendees maneuver the Convention Center halls and visit the show floor. Placement for branded decal is available on one side of either the up or down escalator leading to Exhibit Hall C.
PALTC25 concurrent education sessions will be held in the Convention Center's East Wing. Branded wall cling signage is available on the East Meeting Room Pre-function walls. There are two opportunities/two sizes available.
Attendees will start each day in the General Sessions which are held in the Richardson Ballroom. Branded signage can be placed on the pre-function columns.
