Branding Opportunities

Choose from a variety of powerful options to highlight your brand. Connect with attendees, increase your visibility, and make a memorable impact. Your participation doesn't just support the event; it shines a spotlight on your company.

Marketing

WiFi Advertising - $15,000 (Exclusive)

WiFi access areas will include all the PALTC25 public areas, concourses, and meeting rooms at the Charlotte Convention Center. Promotional support includes a custom, branded log-in page and confirmation page redirect with the creation of a custom password. Your corporate logo will be included in all WiFi login instructions online and on-site.

Meeting Website Advertisement - $4,500

Feature your company on the conference website where attendees will access session content, view and search exhibitor listings, and find general meeting information. Ad will run January - March 2025.

Attendee Email Blast - $2,500

PALTmed will send an email blast with your approved content to all PALTC25 attendees (who have opted-in to receiving) in advance of OR post meeting. The email blast will be scheduled in alignment with other meeting promotions and confirmed by the PALTmed staff team. PALTmed reserves the right to approve all content prior to distribution. PALTmed will provide analytics one week after the email distribution.

PALTC25 Mixer at the NASCAR Hall of Fame

The PALTC25 Mixer, a ticketed social event for conference attendees, will be held at the NASCAR HOF.

      • Interactive Games - $2,500 each Take your pick or purchase all three: Pit Challenge, Qualifying Race, Simulator Exhibits. Sponsorship includes signage with company's logo at each of the game areas.  - SOLD
      • Moonshine Tasting Station - $4,000 Includes signage with company's logo. Branded cups and napkins provided by the sponsor. SOLD
      • Digital Signage - $5,000 Full buyout of digital signage spaces with sponsor's logo and messaging. SOLD

Conference Tote Bag Inserts - $2,500 (proof deadline: 1/17/25; materials deadline: 2/14/25)

Get your messge in the hands of every attendee during the conference by purchasing a bag insert. You are responsible for producing your promotional item and shipping them to PALTmed in time for insertion. 


Banners and Clings

Opportunities with printed signage have the following deadlines:

  • Designs Due to PALTCmed: Friday, February 7
  • Proofs Due for Approval: Friday, February 21
  • Installation and Breakdown: Managed by Viper Tradeshow Services

Grand Staircase Step Wrap - Concourse C - $2,000 - SOLD

Branded signage decals can adorn every step of the Grand Staircase (located on the street level near Starbucks), facing Concourse C. As the Convention Center's busiest area, this staircase guides attendees to the food court. Customize messages per step or craft one cohesive design spanning the entire staircase.

Exhibit Hall C Escalator Cling - $3,000

Create a stunning visual experience as attendees maneuver the Convention Center halls and visit the show floor. Placement for branded decal is available on one side of either the up or down escalator leading to Exhibit Hall C.

East Meeting Wing Wall

PALTC25 concurrent education sessions will be held in the Convention Center's East Wing. Branded wall cling signage is available on the East Meeting Room Pre-function walls. There are two opportunities/two sizes available.

  • Size 472"W x 130"H - $13,000

Richardson Ballroom Pre-Function Columns - $2,000

Attendees will start each day in the General Sessions which are held in the Richardson Ballroom. Branded signage can be placed on the pre-function columns.

Richardson Ballroom Escalator Wall - $2,500 - SOLD

Branded signage can be placed on the elevator wall near Richardson Ballroom A.  Attendees will immediately see this signage as they step off the escalator on their way to each morning's General Session.

Richardson Ballroom Pre-Function Windows - $12,000  

The curved windows adjacent to the Richardson Ballroom a distinct opportunity for branding the pre-function space.

Exhibit Hall C Overlook - $5,500

Branded decals can be placed on the windows overlooking Exhibit Hall C1.

Exhibit Hall C Lobby Windows - $11,000

Branded decals can be placed on the windows in the Hall C1 and C2 escalator lobbies.  

East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard Entrance Windows: Interior - $15,000 - SOLD

The interior of the East MLK Blvd entrance windows are available for branded signage, leaving attendees with excellent visuals as they exit the building.

 

Digital Signage in Convention Center

Opportunities with digital signage have the following deadlines:

  • Final Designs Due to PALTCmed: Friday, February 21
  • Availabilty: First-come, first-served
  • Management: Handled by Charlotte Convention Center

Digital Signage Concourse C - SOLD

This digital option provides a six-panel video screen, located on the bottom floor of the main gathering area in the Convention Center. Make an impression with an image or video message as attendees meet and mingle. 
Cost: $1,425 per day (full buyout)

Digital Signage Delish Food Court 

Two digital options provide 2 of 2 one-panel video screens, located in the food court at the Convention Center. Make an impression with an image or video message as attendees enjoy meals.
Cost:  $750 per day (full buyout)

Digital Signage Richardson Ballroom - SOLD

This digital option provides a one-panel video screen, located at the Richardson Ballroom. This is the perfect space to greet attendees with a warm welcome upon arrival at the Convention Center.
Cost: $375 per day (full buyout)

Digital Signage MLK Entrance - SOLD

This digital option provides a one-panel video screen, located at E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd entrance. This is the perfect space to greet attendees with a warm welcome upon arrival at the Convention Center.
