Can't make it to Charlotte? No problem! PALTC25 will offer you two options to attend:

  • In-Person in Charlotte, or
  • Online with our Virtual Learning Track - a curated grouping of 11 live-streamed education sessions plus the 3 live-streamed daily General Sessions.  (View the Virtual Learning Track line up here.) 

Both options include access to the conference recordings through March 31, 2025, which are available for additional earned credit. 

Not sure which option will work best with your schedule? Since the registration rates are the same, you can swap between the In-Person (Charlotte) and Virtual Learning Track options at any time with no change fee. Simply contact registration@paltmed.org to let us know!

*Registrant must have a PALTmed student membership to qualify. For students who are not yet PALTmed members, go to https://paltmed.org/student-application to apply for this complimentary membership. Once application is received and approved you will receive an email confirmation that you are now eligible to register for this conference at the discounted student rate.




Immediately upon registering, you will receive two emails; your confirmation email containing hotel and conference information, and an email receipt. If you do not see these two emails, please check your spam folder as they sometimes get pulled into there. If you still do not see your confirmation or receipt emails, please contact the association at registration@paltmed.org to ensure your registration was processed.

Cancellation Policy:

Attendee conference registrations are non-refundable however you may transfer from the In-Person to the Virtual Learning Track, or vice versa, at any time with no change fee. 

Only guest registration and ticketed session fees are refundable; less an administrative fee of $50. All registration cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to registration@paltmed.org by February 12, 2025, for consideration. 

Guest registration and ticketed event cancellations received after February 12, 2025, will not be refunded. No-shows will not receive a refund. Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to subsequent PALTmed programs.

Substitutions will be taken at any time with notification sent to registration@paltmed.org. Email must be sent by the current registrant with details including the full name of the replacement person, their credentials, mailing address, and email address. All registration details will be transferred to the new person. Substitution requests received by February 12, 2025, will be processed without charge. Substitution requests received after February 12, 2025, will incur a $25 processing fee.
